Erica Dossa, MSW, LCSW

I understand how exhausting it can be to live with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma or relationship struggles. You may be wondering if real change is possible for you or your child. Many of my clients felt the same way, trapped in longstanding patterns and not believing that anything could be different. Through our work together, old patterns started to shift and new possibilities began to emerge. No matter how stuck you may feel, this is possible for you, too!

I wholeheartedly believe in therapy's transformative power. In our sessions, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you will feel safe to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions. My goal is to support you in deepening self-understanding and increasing emotional freedom, so you can step into a life of agency and hope rather than reactivity and struggle.

I have experience with a wide range of presenting issues and concerns. In my work with clients, I draw from psychodynamic, relational and attachment theories alongside somatic and experiential techniques. Prior to opening my practice, I worked as a social worker in a variety of settings including public and private schools, hospitals and mental health nonprofits.
